Tracking numbers are generated when your shipping label is created. Allow 1-3 business days for the courier to scan the package for updates.

Once received and inspected at our facility, allow 3-5 business days for your refund to process.

ONCE THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN RETURNED TO OUR WAREHOUSE YOUR ORDER WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF BEING RECEIVED.
